In response to the increasing demand from clients, the Screen Fire Assay offers a customized, precise, and comprehensive analysis. It effectively addresses challenges such as the nugget effect, ensuring that coarse gold is fully captured in the final assay results.<\/p>

To guarantee the accuracy and representativeness of the results, we rigorously follow internationally recommended procedures, which include:<\/p>

\u00a0 \u00a0\u2713<\/strong><\/span> Preparing the pulp with 90% of particles finer than 88 \u00b5m from a 1 kg sample (minimum 0.700 kg).<\/p>

\u00a0 \u2713<\/strong><\/span> Conducting the test on 500 g of pulp (minimum 450 g).<\/p>

\u00a0 \u2713<\/strong><\/span> Screening the pulp at 106 \u00b5m, the standard size for separating coarse from fine materials.<\/p>

\u00a0\u2713<\/strong><\/span> Weighing both the coarse fraction (>106 \u00b5m) and the fine fraction (<106 \u00b5m).<\/p>

\u00a0 \u2713<\/strong><\/span> Determining the gold content in the coarse fraction by gravimetric fire assay, which represents metallic gold.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u2713<\/strong><\/span> Performing duplicate fire assays (50 g each) on the fine fraction to determine fine gold content, with the average of the two tests as the final value.<\/p>

\u00a0 \u2713<\/strong><\/span> Reconstituting the total gold content in the sample by calculation.<\/p>

This method ensures accurate, representative gold analyses, particularly for samples containing coarse gold.<\/p><\/div>
